Law Society President Rosemarie Loftus
The Coordination Committee, operating under delegated authority from the Council of the Law Society of Ireland, plays a central oversight and integration role across governance and operations.
It supports Council by overseeing strategy development and performance, managing and shaping the Council’s agenda, coordinating the work of all committees, and acting as a nominations and governance oversight body.
It also monitors projects, allocates committee budgets, supports and advises the director general as required, and ensures effective governance structures, reporting, and compliance, thereby acting as a key link between Council, executive leadership, and the wider committee system.
