What does it really mean to adapt in a profession where expectations are changing and technology is reshaping how we work?
The centrepiece of the evening is an original live theatre experience inspired by the experiences of solicitors.
Through a series of live scenes, we will explore what adaptability looks like in practice - navigating changing expectations, responding to new pressures and continuing to deliver excellence for clients while staying well within the law.
Bringing theatre and professional learning together, the experience will take a playful look at the realities of working life and invite the audience into the conversation. Expect familiar moments, different perspectives and plenty to get the room thinking and talking about how we adapt as the profession continues to evolve.
