LSRA Complaints Committee
The LSRA Complaints Committee considers and investigates complaints of alleged misconduct about legal practitioners.
LSRA Review Committee
The Review Committee reviews determinations and directions made by the LSRA which relate to complaints of inadequate legal services and / or excessive costs.
LPDT
The Complaints Committee can determine that an allegation of misconduct is sufficiently serious to be referred to the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal (LPDT).
