An Act to amend the Criminal Justice (Terrorist Offences) Act 2005 for the purpose of giving full effect to Directive (EU) 2017/541 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 March 20171 on combating terrorism and replacing Council Framework Decision 2002/475/JHA and amending Council Decision 2005/671/JHA; and to provide for related matters.

Public Health (Single-Use Vapes) Act 2026
Act 20/2026.
An Act to prohibit the sale of certain devices that vaporise substances, other than tobacco, for the purpose of inhalation through a mouthpiece and that are not designed or intended to be re-used; to provide for enforcement measures in relation to the prohibition on the sale of such devices; to provide for certain related offences; and to provide for related matters.

Criminal Justice (International Cooperation on Electronic Evidence and Other Matters) Act 2026
Act 21/2026.
An Act to provide for the establishment of a body to be known as Oifig an Stiúrthóra um Chomhar Idirnáisiúnta Ceartais Choiriúil or, in the English language, as Office of the Director of Criminal Justice International Cooperation; to give effect to Directive (EU) 2023/1544 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 20231 laying down harmonised rules on the designation of designated establishments and the appointment of legal representatives for the purpose of gathering electronic evidence in criminal proceedings; to give further effect to Regulation (EU) 2023/1543 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 20232 on European Production Orders and European Preservation Orders for electronic evidence in criminal proceedings and for the execution of custodial sentences following criminal proceedings and to provide for penalties for failure to comply with obligations arising thereunder; to give further effect to Regulation (EU) 2021/784 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 20213 on addressing the dissemination of terrorist content online; and to provide for related matters.

National Treasury Management Agency (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2026

An Act to provide for the dissolution of the National Asset Management Agency; to provide for the transfer to the National Treasury Management Agency of the assets, rights, liabilities, obligations, causes of action and entitlements of, or relating to, the National Asset Management Agency; to provide for the transfer to the National Treasury Management Agency or a subsidiary of it of certain assets, rights, liabilities, obligations and entitlements of, or relating to, the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Limited; to provide for additional functions of the National Treasury Management Agency and certain subsidiaries of it; for those purposes to provide for the repeal of the National Asset Management Agency Act 2009 and to amend the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation Act 2013 and the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 and certain other enactments; and to provide for related matters.

Dublin Airport (Passenger Capacity) Act 2026
Act 25/2026.
An Act to confer a power on the Minister for Transport, in the public interest and having regard to the strategic importance of Dublin Airport in supporting international connectivity, trade, tourism, investment and the movement of persons and cargo to, from and within the State, to make an order to amend or revoke a planning condition relating to the number of passengers that may use Dublin Airport for the purpose of travelling by air to or from another airport; to enable daa, public limited company, to make an application to the Minister for Transport for that purpose; to provide, before the making of such an order, for environmental assessments to be carried out by An Coimisiún Pleanála for the purposes of Directive 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 20111 on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment, Directive 2000/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 20002 establishing a framework for community action in the field of water policy and Council Directive 92/43/EEC of 21 May 19923 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora; to limit, having regard to the aforementioned importance of Dublin Airport, the planning conditions that may be imposed on development at that Airport and, for that purpose, to amend the Planning and Development Act 2000 and the Planning and Development Act 2024; to amend the Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019; to provide an exemption from the application of section 15 of the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act 2015; and to provide for related matters.
